Pluristem Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:PSTI) slipped 15.20% closed at $3.85 at a traded volume of 8.74 million shares. The Company announced the pricing of public offering of 8 million units .Each unit consists of one share of the Company’s common stock and one warrant to purchase 0.35 of a share at a purchase price of $4.00 per unit. The Company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,200,000 shares of common stock or warrants or both. The offering is expected to close on or about September 19, 2012.The Company requires the funds for clinical trials, research and product development activities and general corporate purposes
