if you truly wonna b on the safe side & never expect to use this money till your doughter turns 15 or so - i recommend going 2 the bank & "close" it for 10 or 13 years (without the option for a "breakaway") - this will give you an anual 10% - thus, after 10 or 13 years she will have 100000 shekels...

but u need 2 b sure - u can't use this money within this time period - usually people are too afraid to "close" their money for such a period of time...
